Creating carousels for LinkedIn, sounds fun, right?
Until it becomes a constant battle against time and creativity.
You’re not alone, at lempire we’ve been there too, struggling with the same beast.
But what if we told you we’ve figured out how to automate the whole process?
Enter the game-changing duo of ChatGPT and Figma templates.
With a single prompt we transform our articles into viral LinkedIn carousels like this one 👇
By turning your article into a LinkedIn post, you're spreading your message to a wider audience and directing more visitors to your blog.
Thanks to ChatGPT, you can quickly make a post that captures the main ideas of your article, increasing attention and drawing more readers to it.
This article will show you how to use ChatGPT to turn your articles into viral LinkedIn posts.
Step #1: Use the perfect prompt.
To create the perfect prompt, and get the best results ChatGPT can give you, always use this proven formula 👇
To make things easier for you, we've crafted a prompt using the above formula. This prompt will shape your articles into carousel-style LinkedIn posts, ensuring you get maximum engagement.
All you have to do is copy this prompt:
(Don't forget to attach your article at the end of it 😉)
{{copy1}}
To demonstrate the power of this prompt, let's put it to work with this article:
Escape the Trash Folder: ChatGPT's Guide to Successful Newsletters
The first round of results:
As you can see, ChatGPT delivered exactly what was asked:
→ A LinkedIn post crafted from the given article.
→ Presented in a carousel style, sticking to all slide rules.
→ Consistent tone throughout the post.
Step #2: Refine ChatGPT’s answer
ChatGPT is a champ at doing the hard work in copywriting. But even though the initial result is impressive, there's always room for improvement.
Fine-tune ChatGPT’s results and turn your AI-crafted draft into your final masterpiece.
This might involve tweaking sentences, rearranging slides, or adding or deleting sections. The aim here is to stamp your personal touch on ChatGPT's results.
Step #3: The Design Stage
Once you're happy with your final content, it's time to move to the design stage of the process.
Don’t worry if you are not a design expert. The process is very simple to follow.
Simply copy and paste your content into any of the templates in this Figma file right here 👇

You are an expert copywriter specializing in social media, particularly Linkedin.
Please turn the following article into a LinkedIn carousel post showcasing the main points, using a step-by-step approach with chapters and steps in each chapter. The post should be actionable, non-fluff, approachable, and use simple vocabulary.
Each slide should start with the step number and title, followed by bullet points for each substep inside the step. Each substep should have an example that demonstrates the wrong and right way to do it, with these examples presented on separate slides.
Please only leverage the prompts I share on my articles as the right example and create a wrong one that's lacking the essential things from the right example.
Example:
"Slide 2:
Step 1: Create the Perfect Prompt**
- Remember: The quality of your input to chatGPT equals the output.
- Use specific, tailored prompts for your newsletter content.
Slide 3:
Example (Wrong):
- Prompt: "Create a newsletter."
Slide 4:
Example (Right):
- Prompt: "Create a newsletter for ambitious founders, marketers, and salespeople who can spare only 5 minutes to read."
Connect each slide fluently, ensuring the tone of voice is consistent throughout the carousel. Highlight the reader's pain points and provide step-by-step solutions.
The first slide should include the title.
The second slide should be a brief introduction to the carousel based on the article..
The third slide should always include a concise 5 or fewer bullet points of what the reader will get from reading this post.
it should look like this example:
"Slide 3: By the end of this post, you will have:
- [ ] A ready-to-use prompt to get SQL queries in no time.
- [ ] Discovered how to create precise, clear prompts to make ChatGPT your new Data Expert.
- [ ] Ended SQL struggles and time-consuming data analysis with the power of AI."
The final four slides should include calls to action, no need for you to do them as I will use the same I have already ready every time.
Use the AIDA framework (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to structure the content. Use bullet points and emojis to enhance readability but avoid using hashtags. Remember to keep the content engaging and easy to follow.
Your tone should be:
-Actionable
-Catchy
-Non fluff
-simple vocabulary (a 6th grader should understand it)
